Skywoman and the Earth Grasper
Is a graphic image of the Ongweohnweh (the Real People) aka the original Five Nations Iroquois Confederacy creation story. With pregnant Skywoman falling from the Skyworld and being caught on the backs of birds. Skywoman is in the center of the composition. Her image is centered on the bird image, as she is on the back of the bird image as in our Creation story. Her two grandsons are on the left and the right of Skywoman falling. Each wing of the Bird is the Mouth/teeth of Skywoman's twin sons. The Skydome beadwork pattern is at the bottom of the image.
